Key Responsibilities

• All aspects of people leadership for Jetconnect pilots
• Managing flight crew in respect to leave and attendance management, scheduling, grievance management, aircrew licensing, promotion bids and award interpretation.
• Operational and Business Leadership and Improvement
• Safety leadership, exhibiting and ensuring a strong safety culture
• Leading communication strategies, ensuring appropriate and timely communication of critical business information, customer feedback and safety information for Jetconnect pilots
• Financial Success, Operational and Customer Excellence for Jetconnect pilots
• Overseeing resourcing requirements and managing change and transformation initiatives in both bases
• Managing the engagement and recognition strategy for Jetconnect pilots
• Maintaining superior industry, market and regulatory knowledge to ensure the best decisions are made to positively effect Jetconnect & the Client
• Developing a robust performance standards strategy which underpins a high performance culture
• Comply with Corporate and Divisional Service Standards
• Comply with and promote safety in the workplace as well as participating in QF Safety Work groups and Forums.
